Dr. David Nacionales has experience and specializes in medical therapy for epilepsy, surgical treatment of intractable epilepsy and long term epilepsy monitoring. He is known for treating a wide variety of seizures and epilepsy. Dr. Nacionales’ treatments range from newly diagnosed epilepsy to medically intractable epilepsy requiring surgery, however he treats many other general neurological complaints as well. His philosophy of care is knowing that each patient has their own unique needs, preferences and circumstances, and finds providing individualized care to meet each patient’s situation to be fulfilling and rewarding. He is proud of the relationship he establishes with his patients and knows it is important to not only provide sound medical advice, but to also make sure his patients are educated about their disease and to ensure they are a part of the decisions making process.

When Dr. Nacionales is not practicing medicine, he is cooking and traveling while spending time with his wife and son.
